Richard Ruehle (Findlay, OH) Local Artist Of The Week: Richard Ruehle Art & Artists

I am Richard R. Ruehle and have been woodturning for more than 15 years. I am retired from founding, owning, and running trucking and warehousing companies. My bowls, platters, vases, hollow forms and other forms are made using local woods as well as woods from around the world. I use a lot of burl woods which I think are more beautiful. The woods I purchase are harvested using environmental standards. The Toledo Museum of Art has many of my pieces in their museum store.
